John's practice has focused on civil litigation  for more than 47  years - primarily in personal injury, negligence, industrial injury, real estate, and insurance related cases. With scores of jury trials in a variety of practice areas, he is able to mediate effectively  in a broad range of cases.  His experience as a mediator  began in 1987, but  mediation became a significant part of his practice after 2005. He has mediated nearly 400 cases throughout much of West Virginia.
